Good news, at least for us. While picking up some eggs and 2 chickens last night, Ryan let me know that his beef is ready for processing. They will be going in today! Which means next week we should be able to get our 1/2. It will be nice to have some beef in the freezer again :) Now I need to go out and move things around to make some room. We also should be getting plenty of organ meat and some tallow.

Wow, that looks like an amazing line-up of food!! Mmmm... Thank you so much for leaving me such a kind comment. I wish you the best in your TF journey as well. I just got the book "Full Moon Harvest" in the mail today and have been just skimming through it. So far is a really neat book with tons of recipes and info. (oh and it seems we have the same taste in music... Thats always something awesome to share with someone...) Have a wonderful day!!
